Products offered by Collateral Archive are carefully selected second-hand items, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition assessments are based on our internal evaluation and may vary slightly depending on individual perception. Signs of prior use may be present and are part of the item’s character. Please note that colors, textures, and details may appear slightly different in person compared to images due to lighting, screen settings, or natural aging of materials. This guide outlines our condition standards to provide clarity before delivery. Customers are expected to review all images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

NEW WITH TAGS
Items classified as new with tags are unworn and unused, complete with original labels attached. No signs of handling or wear are present.

EXCELLENT
Items in excellent condition show exceptional preservation. They remain structurally intact, clean, and refined, with only negligible indications of previous ownership. Original accessories or packaging may be included.

GOOD
Items graded as good show visible yet balanced signs of use. These may appear on stress areas such as edges, handles, fastenings, or lining. Any notable marks or flaws are clearly disclosed in the listing.

DISCRETE
Items marked as fair or discrete exhibit evident wear consistent with regular use over time. This can include material softening, surface marks, color variation, or hardware wear. The character gained through use does not compromise functionality and is reflected in the final price.
