Refund policy
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by the destination country and billed separately upon delivery. If customs charges are refused or unpaid , the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, any costs incurred for taxes, return shipping, or administrative handling will be charged back to the customer or deducted from store credit. Refunds will only be processed if these costs are successfully reimbursed to us by the shipping provider or relevant authorities, which cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS AND FINAL SALE POLICY
All items offered for sale on the Collateral Archive platform are sold directly by Collateral Archive. Each product is acquired by Collateral Archive from private individuals and resold as a pre-owned item by Collateral Archive as the sole seller. Unless otherwise stated, products are pre-owned and may show natural signs of wear. Customers are expected to carefully review all descriptions and images prior to purchase, as items are sold in their documented condition. All items sold on Collateral Archive are authentic. Each product is carefully evaluated to ensure its authenticity before being listed. If an item is subsequently found to be counterfeit, the buyer will receive a full refund, even if the standard return period has passed.
Discounted, promotional, and BFCM items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Footwear, jewellery, and sunglasses are also non-returnable due to the nature of these products.
For items eligible for exchange or store credit, customers must contact our customer service team within a limited timeframe following delivery (timeframe to be specified) to request a return. Once approved, the item must be returned within the agreed return window (timeframe to be specified). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return label may be provided for convenience, subject to conditions (to be specified). If customers arrange their own return shipping, they assume full responsibility for tracking, delivery, and any loss or damage. International returns must include accurate customs documentation.
Items that are returned without the original accessories or packaging provided with the item at the time of delivery, including dust bags, may be subject to a handling fee (amount to be specified), which will be deducted from the issued store credit. If a dust bag or accessory was not included when the item was shipped, this fee does not apply
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded in cash. If a cancellation is approved, the value of the order will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Collateral Archive.
